Spanish ↔ English Remote Interpreters (Colombia)

CCI Group is growing its network of professional Spanish ↔ English interpreters based in anywhere in Colombia to support a variety of remote interpretation assignments for clients across multiple industries.

We are seeking interpreters who provide simultaneous interpretation, consecutive interpretation, or both for virtual meetings, trainings, webinars, interviews, conferences, and other remote events.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and professional interpretation between Spanish and English.
  
• Deliver simultaneous and/or consecutive interpretation based on client needs.
  
• Join assignments using remote meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms.
  
• Maintain confidentiality, neutrality, and professionalism.
  
• Review preparation materials before assignments when available.
  
• Participate in technical checks prior to events when required.
  

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
  
• Previous professional interpreting experience.
  
• Experience providing simultaneous, consecutive, or both types of interpretation.
  
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
  
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  
• Professional USB headset and microphone.
  
• Quiet workspace suitable for remote interpreting.
  
• Ability to accept assignments during regular business hours and, occasionally, evenings or weekends.
  

Preferred

• Interpreter training or formal education in interpretation or translation.
  
• Experience working in multilingual virtual environments.
  
• Familiarity with remote interpreting platforms.
