What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience designing and delivering complex software solutions, with ownership of architecture from initial definition through implementation
• Strong hands-on software engineering background, particularly with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade AI or machine learning solutions
• High level of AI fluency, with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows embedded into day-to-day engineering practices
• Strong experience with Databricks and modern data platforms, including the ability to collaborate effectively with Data Science and Data Engineering teams
• Experience defining end-to-end solution architectures covering application, data, AI, integration, security, and cloud components
• Experience working across multiple cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP, with the ability to make technology decisions based on project needs rather than a specific ecosystem
• Strong understanding of APIs, integration patterns, distributed systems, databases, and cloud-native application architectures
• Ability to evaluate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches and clearly articulate their trade-offs
• Experience joining projects at an early stage and defining technical scope, architecture, engineering standards, development practices, and implementation strategy
• Strong documentation skills, including solution architecture, technical specifications, architectural decisions, diagrams, standards, and implementation guidelines
• Ability to translate business and product requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
• Experience collaborating closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, engineers, and client technology teams to shape solutions from initial discovery through delivery
• Strong technical leadership with the ability to provide direction to engineering teams and act as the technical authority throughout the project
• Proven experience working directly with clients, navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and driving technical decisions when requirements are still evolving
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical decisions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering solutions in healthcare, regulated industries, or other complex enterprise environments is highly valued
• Broad technical curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to quickly understand and work within unfamiliar technologies, systems, and client environments
