Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headers, URL structures, and internal linking for improved SERP performance.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality, SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
- Build and manage a strategic backlink profile through outreach, partnerships, and content promotion.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.
- Collaborate with content and social media teams to align SEO goals with broader digital marketing campaigns.
- Track and report on KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rates, and conversion rates.
- Identify technical SEO issues (e.g., site speed, crawl errors, mobile optimization) and work with developers to resolve them.
- Support marketing automation workflows by ensuring SEO-aligned content is integrated into email campaigns and customer lifecycle stages.
- Stay current with algorithm updates and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or content strategy within a marketing environment.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Demonstrated ability to write compelling, keyword-optimized content that drives engagement and conversions.
- In-depth understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience managing SEO components within marketing funnels and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Familiarity with online marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media marketing, and email automation.
- Proven track record of improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and achieving higher SERP rankings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
