We are looking for an exceptional Senior Programmatic Manager to take ownership of sophisticated international Display, CTV, and Programmatic campaigns and help shape the next generation of our offering.

As you will work closely with clients and colleagues across Germany and international markets, full professional fluency in both German and English is essential for this role.

As AI agents, MCP-enabled integrations, automation, and new buying technologies transform the industry, we want to operate at the frontier and turn meaningful innovation into measurable client value.

This is not a conventional campaign-management role. You will influence client strategy, media architecture, our technology roadmap, and the standards of our Programmatic practice.

Tasks

Your role

You will take full ownership of complex international Programmatic, Display and CTV accounts across strategy, activation, media buying, optimisation, measurement and technology.

Your responsibility goes far beyond campaign management. You will improve performance, raise the quality and scalability of our setups, and identify where data, automation, AI and proprietary technology can create a genuine competitive advantage.

You will work directly with clients, media specialists and software developers to translate commercial objectives into scalable media and technology solutions. Your expertise will also influence our technology roadmap and the future development of our Programmatic practice.

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of international Programmatic, Display and CTV campaigns across strategy, setup, activation, optimisation and measurement.
  • Ensure outstanding setup quality and sustainable performance across multiple markets, working hands-on with platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Adform, as well as Campaign Manager 360 and Flashtalking.
  • Translate commercial objectives and client requirements into robust media, audience, tracking, measurement and data solutions.
  • Develop integrated media plans across Programmatic, YouTube, Social and CTV, including reach, budget, KPI, CPM and performance forecasts.
  • Lead inventory selection, publisher negotiations and the setup and management of private marketplace and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
  • Work directly with our developers on APIs, data sources, automation, reporting and scalable optimisation solutions while identifying emerging opportunities across AI, MCP and AdTech.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and strengthen the wider team through mentoring, knowledge sharing and consistently high quality standards.

Requirements

What you bring

  • At least three to five years of experience in Programmatic or RTB
  • A very strong understanding of programmatic platforms, targeting, bidding and measurement logic
  • Experience managing complex or international campaigns
  • Confidence working with DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform or comparable platforms
  • A strong technical understanding of tracking, data flows, APIs, BigQuery, log-level data or server-side setups
  • The ability to combine operational media excellence with technical thinking
  • A structured, independent and proactive way of working in a remote environment
  • Full professional fluency in both German and English
