As our Senior Expert in Metabolic Health & Nutritional Sciences, you are a leader across the organization with strong expertise in the field of metabolic health, specifically glucose and nutrition. You are developing a vision of how to implement and share future coaching mechanisms, and have a natural talent to communicate and share the knowledge internally and externally with consumers, partners and other experts. 

Your responsibilities

Heading Coaching Services

• Actively coaching Hello Inside customers during daily virtual consultation calls
• Collaborating with the sales team on creating and improving the value proposition for Coaches, esp. the coach dashboard and its future functionality.
• Creating an education, onboarding and engagement model for coaches to ensure long-term motivation and future client success. 

• Represent Hello Inside on its channels across social media platforms, educational video content, webinars, and customer dashboards with expert knowledge 
• Support the Marketing Team to create long and short-form nutrition and lifestyle content across marketing channels, including email, social, e-commerce, and PR to promote products and increase scientific understanding
• Build and develop scientific partnerships with women's metabolic health key opinion leaders, stakeholders, brands, ambassadors, and healthcare professionals for community development

Identify Product Opportunities and Drive Product Development

• Collaborate with the Product Team to inform and develop features & functionalities that foster behavior change in Nutrition, Movement, Stress, Sleep, and Hormonal Health

• Identify trends and perform competitor testing to evaluate the feasibility of feature implementation for the Hello Inside App from concept to development to go-to-market strategy.

• Create and improve the core concept of how Hello Inside creates a positive impact and drives consumer results. 

• Conceptualize and co-create new education programs around e.g. Weight Loss in Menopause, Maternity, or PCOS.

• Provide ongoing support and guidance to handle user requests via Helpcrunch or Social Media

Execute Evidence-Based Strategies

• Extract key insights from current scientific research data points to deliver scientific strategy, product innovation, and customer insights, and collaborate with data manager and marketing to develop claims such as eg “monitoring your blood sugar will help you sleep better/sleep longer” 

• Create science-based product education, using written and video content to convey the product’s features and benefits, unique to specific audiences.

• Contribute to scientific research conducted internally or with external partners. 

• Be up-to-date on external scientific innovations and drive internal data exploration and empiric insights

• Fluency in German and English
• Certified Nutritionist, Health Coach, Dietitian

• Strong team player and collaborator in remote environments
• Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup/VC or strategy consulting preferred)
