Match your resume skills with our AI powered skill match!
Deliver end-to-end Kyriba implementations including scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live. Manage bank connectivity workstreams and integrate Kyriba with client ERP systems while advising on treasury technology best practices.
Elevate your career, perform when it counts: become part of our global financial consulting evolution!
Your role:
Zanders is an independent consultancy specialising in treasury, risk and technology, advising multinationals, financial institutions and public sector organisations for over thirty years. We are building our team in India, and treasury technology implementation is central to that. You will work on global engagements alongside colleagues in Europe and beyond — client-facing, from scoping through go-live. This is advisory and implementation work, not offshore support.
The role centres on Kyriba: cash management, payments and in particular bank connectivity. Much of our current demand sits in connectivity work — SWIFT, host-to-host, EBICS and API connections, format mapping across ISO 20022 and legacy MT messages, bank onboarding and ERP integration. If you have done that inside Kyriba, you will be able to lead it from the start.
If your Kyriba experience is in cash management, payments or risk rather than connectivity, we would still like to hear from you — and equally if you have built bank connectivity somewhere else entirely, whether in another treasury system, in an ERP, at a bank or through a SWIFT service bureau. Those skills transfer, and we would rather invest in someone who understands the problem than hold out for an exact match.
You will join a team of experienced consultants who share knowledge openly and hold each other to a high delivery standard. Alongside project work you will be involved in business development, and you will have a genuine say in how the India practice develops rather than inheriting a fixed model.
Practical details: the role is remote within India. Because our clients are global, some of your working hours will overlap with European and occasionally US time zones, and there will be travel to client sites and Zanders offices as projects require. We arrange and support visas for international project work.
Your background will be in treasury technology implementation, in either a consulting or corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end Kyriba implementations — scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
Configure Kyriba across cash management, payments and bank connectivity, taking the lead on connectivity workstreams as your experience allows.
Set up and troubleshoot bank connections — SWIFT, host-to-host, EBICS and API — including format mapping across ISO 20022 (pain, camt) and legacy MT messages.
Run bank onboarding: account structures, testing with banks, and resolving format and transmission issues.
Integrate Kyriba with client ERP systems and other source systems.
Translate client treasury requirements into Kyriba configuration, advising on best practice and on where standard functionality fits.
Take responsibility for your own workstreams, keeping scope, quality and timelines on track and raising risks early.
Work within cross-functional teams spanning technical, functional and client resources, and keep stakeholders updated on progress, timelines, risks and deliverables.
Advise clients more broadly on their treasury technology landscape — current practices, roadmap direction and vendor selection.
Help identify new business and project opportunities in India and internationally, and contribute to proposals, RFPs, client presentations and networking.
Stay current with Kyriba releases, share what you learn with the team, and contribute to building the India practice through internal initiatives and knowledge sessions.

Experience owning your own workstream on implementation projects, and comfort working directly with clients to resolve difficult problems.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and across time zones.
Business-fluent English.
Also valuable
Hands-on experience with Kyriba's connectivity module. This is where much of our current demand sits and it is the fastest route to depth in this role.
