Remote Logistics Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a logistics coordination capacity. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission at Rebellion Defenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee logistics operations to ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet demand.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipments and deliveries.
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the logistics process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

Nice to have

• Experience with international logistics.
