NeoWork is hiring a Video Editor to join our growing creative team. This role is responsible for editing, enhancing, and producing high-quality video content that supports a variety of creative initiatives. The Video Editor will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging content while maintaining consistency, quality, and efficiency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for internal projects, digital platforms, marketing initiatives, training materials, and other multimedia needs.
  • Enhance raw footage through color correction, audio enhancement, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with creative direction, brand standards, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and other team members throughout the production process.
  • Organize and manage video assets, project files, and media libraries to support an efficient workflow.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on all video deliverables before publication or distribution.
  • Adapt video content for multiple formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
  • Stay current with video production trends, editing techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve content quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or a related creative field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
  • Strong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
  • Experience working with various video formats, resolutions, and export settings.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with photography, animation, or other multimedia production tools is a plus.
