QA Engineer – Manual and Automation Testing

This is a remote position.

We at Fusion Practices are looking for an experienced Manual and Automation Tester having 4+ years of experience with expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP. The ideal candidate will ensure the quality and reliability of Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Financials applications. This role requires a blend of manual testing expertise and the ability to design, execute, and maintain automation frameworks. Experience with tools like Selenium, Postman, and JMeter is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing to validate functional, regression, and end-to-end scenarios for Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or Financials.
  
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium with Java.
  
• Create detailed and comprehensive test cases, test plans, and documentation.
  
• Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
  
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to identify and resolve defects.
  
• Participate in Agile processes, ensuring testing aligns with sprint deliverables.
  
• Analyze test results and provide detailed defect reports with supporting logs or evidence.
  
• Enhance and maintain automation frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 3–6 years in manual and automation testing for Oracle Fusion ERP.
  
• Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM or Oracle Fusion Financials testing.
  
• Strong knowledge of Selenium with Java and automation testing frameworks.
  
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Data-Driven Testing (DDT) frameworks.
  
• Experience in test case creation and execution, including identifying edge cases for comprehensive coverage.
  
• Proficiency in API validation using Postman, SoapUI, or similar tools.
  
• Experience using JMeter for performance testing is an advantage.
  
• Exposure to CI/CD integration for automation.
  
• SQL proficiency for validating test data.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
