Responsibilities:
- 6+ Years in automation tools and frameworks, responsible for driving QA best practices and enhancing testing methodologies.
- Perform hands-on automation testing across various layers, including UI, API, and backend services, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure efficient, scalable, and robust testing processes.
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, enhancing the speed and reliability of testing cycles.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define automation strategies.
- Operate within an Agile environment, ensuring QA processes align with sprint goals and delivery timelines.
- Mentor and coach junior QA engineers on automation practices, tools, and frameworks.
- Contribute to performance testing and ensure automation supports a broader strategy covering functional, performance, and security aspects.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proven expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks—particularly Selenium with Python.
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of API testing and automation using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
