ProFee ED Coder - Temporary

GeBBS is looking for Professional Fee ED Coders (temp) with multi-specialty E/M and ED coding experience. This position will provide accurate coding and resolve coding related edits for hospital inpatient and outpatient professional services.  Coders will be required to use ICD-10-CM, CPT, Modifiers and HCPCS Level II codes.  Coding will be in the Hospital Emergency Department setting.

Requirements

· Must be AAPC CPC or AHIMA CCS, RHIT, or RHIA certified

· Minimum of three years' experience with pro-fee hospital coding (IP and OP experience required)

· Ability to code accurately and maintain a quality score of 95% or greater

· Applicants must pass a pro-fee coding assessment(s)

· Comfortable working with technology to accomplish position responsibilities (MS Office, Teams, VPN)

· Position is remote
