Responsibilities

  • Research destinations, supplier options, and available travel services using approved systems
  • Review booking details and assist with confirmations, itinerary organization, and reservation tracking
  • Communicate with clients professionally through phone, email, and online communication platforms
  • Support travelers with schedule updates, trip modifications, and follow-up requests
  • Maintain detailed and organized client records within internal systems
  • Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates
  • Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing learning opportunities
