About OPG
At OPG, we are dedicated to delivering seamless, high-quality digital experiences. We are looking for a detail-oriented OPG QA Specialist based in Latin America to join our international team. This role bridges the gap between technical website testing and user experience design, ensuring our web properties are functional, intuitive, visually consistent, and optimized for business goals.

Job Overview

As an OPG QA Specialist, you will review newly developed websites and pages for quality, functionality, usability, responsiveness, and design consistency both before and after launch. You will test sites across multiple devices, identify friction points, and clearly communicate bugs and UX recommendations to our designers, developers, and marketing teams.

  • Compensation: $20.00 USD / hour
  • Location: 100% Remote (Candidates based anywhere in LATAM)
  • Employment Type: Part-Time / Independent Contractor

    Key Responsibilities
    Website Quality Assurance
  • Review new website pages, redesigns, and updates across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices before publication.
  • Verify responsive layouts across different screen sizes and major web browsers.
  • Identify broken links, missing images, formatting errors, spacing inconsistencies, and visual glitches.
  • Test interactive elements: forms, buttons, navigation menus, dropdowns, pop-ups, and CTAs.
  • Perform post-deployment regression testing to ensure new updates do not break existing features.
  • Document bugs with clear written descriptions, screenshots, reproduction steps, and expected outcomes.
  • Re-test completed development fixes and verify resolution before closing tickets.

    User Experience (UX) & Usability
  • Evaluate websites from a customer perspective to spot confusing or frustrating user flows.
  • Assess page structure, navigation, information hierarchy, layout, typography, and button consistency.
  • Recommend UX improvements to simplify user journeys, reduce friction, and boost conversions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and dev teams to enhance overall digital customer experience.

    Website Monitoring & Analytics
  • Perform routine audits on live websites to catch new functionality or usability issues early.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps, session recordings).
  • Flag pages showing high abandonment rates or low engagement to help guide optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with developers to explain issues clearly and verify technical fixes.
  • Work alongside designers and marketers to ensure landing pages match branding and campaign goals.
  • Help establish standardized QA checklists, issue-tracking frameworks, and launch processes.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Website Quality Assurance (QA) and UX testing.
  • Language: Advanced / Fluent English (both written and spoken is mandatory).
  • Eye for Detail: Exceptional ability to spot pixel-level visual flaws and subtle functional bugs.
  • UX Knowledge: Strong grasp of web usability best practices and mobile-first responsive design.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools, bug-tracking systems, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Clarity, Hotjar, or similar).
  • Organization: Able to handle multiple QA tasks, manage deadlines, and maintain structured documentation.

Benefits

Why Join OPG?

Competitive Compensation: Earn $20.00 USD per hour working remotely.

100% Remote: Work from the comfort of your home anywhere in Latin America.

Global Impact: Collaborate directly with cross-functional U.S. teams on high-visibility web projects.
