Fusion Growth Partners is looking for a skilled narrative writer to interview our business partners and their clients, then transform what we learn into short, compelling personal stories — plus polished resumes and sharp, error-free proofreading. About Fusion Growth Partners Fusion Growth Partners is a business incubator and accelerator. We partner directly with small business owners — real estate agents, in particular — and invest in their businesses to help them grow their customer base and build a stronger foundation. We do this through advanced business planning, proven systems and processes, a trained support team, and serious marketing resources. We're paid through licensing fees or a small percentage of our partners' successful transactions. As far as we know, no one else in the country does exactly what we do.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Conduct friendly, structured video interviews with our partners and their clients to uncover the real story behind them — their background, their "why," and what makes them worth remembering
- Turn those interviews into a polished, individual story letter that sounds like the person, not like a template
- Draft and refine professional resumes based on the same interviews
- Proofread a steady stream of documents daily for grammar, clarity, spelling, and tone
- Keep every piece consistent with each partner's brand voice
- Work closely with our Project Manager to stay on schedule and on-brief
Requirements
You'll Thrive Here If You:
- Write clean, engaging English and can shift tone from formal (resumes) to warm and personal (story letters) without missing a beat
- Have real experience in narrative writing, copywriting, biography writing, or a closely related field
- Can run a conversation, not just conduct an interrogation — you know how to draw out the good stuff on a video call
- Have a sharp eye for typos and inconsistencies that other people scroll right past
- Can manage your own time and hit deadlines without someone standing over your shoulder
- Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for video calls
Nice to Have
- A portfolio or writing samples you're proud to share
- Experience writing resumes
- Familiarity with real estate, small business, or entrepreneurship (not required — we'll teach you what you need to know about our world)

How Pay Works
- You're paid per completed project, not by the clock. Each project type has a flat rate based on the average time it takes to complete at a standard hourly rate — so efficient work is rewarded, not penalized.
- There's a 30-day probation period where project rates are lower while we confirm fit and workflow. Full rates kick in once probation is complete.
