Role Overview

We’re looking for a Motion Designer to bring high-impact launch campaigns to life through dynamic, performance-driven animation.

You’ll work closely with animators, storyboard designers, editors, and strategists to create visually compelling content designed to capture attention and drive engagement at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own motion execution
  Lead animation for major launch campaigns from concept to final delivery.

• Build visual systems
  Develop transitions, pacing, and a consistent motion language across campaigns.

• Collaborate cross-functionally
  Work closely with creative strategists and growth teams to align visuals with performance goals.

• Optimize based on performance
  Iterate on creatives using data and feedback to improve results.

• Mentor and elevate the team
  Provide feedback and guidance to other designers to maintain a high creative standard.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in After Effects

• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro

• Comfortable reviewing and collaborating on layouts in Figma

Bonus Skills

• Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender)

• Ability to integrate 2D and 3D motion seamlessly
