Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Specialists, Project Leaders, and Technical Experts for U.S. Department of State Consulting Roster

Itad is expanding its roster of professionals to support a growing pipeline of proposal and delivery opportunities, particularly with the U.S. Department of State and other international development partners. Consultants must have US citizenship to apply. It is preferred that consultants hold an active security clearance with the US government.

We are interested in connecting with individuals seeking consultancy assignments (part-time or short-term) as well as full-time employment opportunities with the following backgrounds:

• Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) specialists across a range of levels and disciplines
• Project directors, team leaders, and senior management professionals
• Subject matter experts with deep technical expertise in relevant sectors to the U.S. Department of State and foreign aid
• Professionals who combine MEL expertise with technical subject matter experience
  
  

Prior experience working with the U.S. State Department (as a contractor, employee or consultant) and Active Secret clearance is preferred. We are particularly interested in hearing from subject matter experts, as well as MEL professionals with experience in the following areas:

• Conflict, stability, security, and peacebuilding
• Counterterrorism and countering violent extremism (CVE)
• Early warning and early response systems
• Democracy, human rights, governance, and labor
• Global health security
• Private sector development, trade and investment, and market systems
• Humanitarian Assistance
• Infrastructure and construction monitoring
• Programs on organized crime
• Public diplomacy
• Youth leadership and workforce development emphasizing innovation and entrepreneurship
