Medical Case Reviewer MD- Vaccine Injury

Saratoga Medical is hiring a Medical Case Reviewer (MD/DO) for a Remote opportunity supporting the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) and Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).

Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Medical Case Reviewer (MD/DO) to provide medical reviewer and case management support in support of the VICP and CICP. This is an on-demand contract opportunity with no fixed weekly schedule. Please see the qualifications below and submit your resume if you are interested in being considered.

Performance Work Statement (PWS) / Scope:

• The contractor shall provide medical-expert services and medical reviewer/case management support for the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) and Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP).
• Work includes preparing written case reviews, providing expert testimony, and supporting legal and medical evaluation efforts under the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
• Work is performed on-demand based on case assignments through Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA).
• Workload and hours vary according to HRSA/DOJ litigation case requirements.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from a U.S. or equivalent foreign-accredited institution.
• Current, full, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in medical writing and analysis, with preference for experience in medical claims review.
• At least three (3) years of experience writing medical case reviews or evaluations for injury compensation.
• Typing proficiency and medical report preparation skills.
• Subject Matter Expert with evidence of publication, research, or academic teaching credentials.

Work Location:

• Primarily remote/telework.
• If in-person testimony is required, testimony may occur at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C., or other designated federal venues.

Period of Performance:

• August 25, 2025 – August 24, 2026.
