ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive internal storytelling and showcase engineering impact across teams. In this role, you’ll collaborate with technical leaders to capture project successes, transform insights into compelling content, and support communication campaigns across internal platforms. This is a unique opportunity to blend marketing, copywriting, and tech-focused storytelling while working closely with high-performing engineering teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Partner closely with the Communications Lead to collaborate with internal storytelling initiatives across Engineering and internal teams;
- Proactively engage high-performing teams to collect Engineering project wins, 5-star reviews, testimonials, and case study material for Marketing purposes;
- Organize and systematize information gathering from multiple stakeholders;
- Research information to make decisions that improve processes, planning, and content;
- Support content operations and creative tasks for All-Hands meetings, emails, announcements, internal websites, and design review initiatives;
- Ensure deadlines, approvals, and publication timelines are consistently met.
MUST HAVES
- 3+ years of creative experience in marketing or internal communication teams (data collection, emails, digests, internal websites);
- Experience in information gathering, copywriting, and communication campaigns planning and design ideas (creating custom messages, digests, writing, etc.);
- Excellent written and speaking skills in English;
- Great relations—you’ll be in constant contact with highly efficient teams;
- A sense of ownership for tasks and results;
- Strong self-organization and independence;
- Eagerness to learn and continuously grow;
- Experience with Figma, AI models, G-Suite.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with AI and AI models;
- Experience with copywriting;
- Experience with HTML;
- Experience with email building/sending platforms (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Stripo);
- Experience with data and metrics;
- Experience and/or interest and knowledge in Engineering, technology, business, and AI.
