- Champion a system-wide, portfolio-level engagement model that addresses holistic health system priorities rather than isolated, product-specific interactions
- Serve as a senior scientific partner to C-suite and D-suite leaders at priority health systems, building durable institutional relationships that support innovation adoption and clinical development
- Act as the senior medical interface between the SPMD team and key internal partners including FMDs, RMSLs, HOM, GMA, HEOR/RWE, R&D, Market Access, Clinical Operations, and Franchise/Commercial Leadership
- Lead through influence to orchestrate coordinated, enterprise-level scientific engagement at priority accounts, ensuring consistency of scientific messaging across BeOne Medicines’ resources
- Partner with Market Access and Franchise/Commercial Leadership to align medical and commercial account strategies, serving as the senior medical voice in priority account planning
- Establish and institutionalize best practices and standards for scientific information exchange, account strategy development, and evidence ecosystem integration across HEOR/RWE, FMDs/RMSLs, and HOM within the SPMD team
- Identify and champion innovative scientific engagement opportunities, including investigator-initiated research, clinical trial placement, and co-development of evidence generation programs with health system partners
- Represent BeOne Medicines at key national oncology congresses, advisory boards, and stakeholder forums
