You will research and identify relevant US federal and state grant opportunities to support AI-driven MVP projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with venture-building teams to draft compelling grant proposals, budgets, and project narratives.
We are looking for a Grant Application Writer Intern to support an AI Venture Studio developing and validating multiple software-first MVP projects across emerging technology sectors.
This is an ideation- and project-prototyping-focused role, where you will help identify relevant public funding opportunities and develop compelling grant applications to support the development, validation, and commercialization of early-stage AI ventures.
Strong written communication and research skills.
Interest in AI, startups, venture building, innovation, and public funding.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear business/project narratives.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with US government grants (e.g., SBIR/STTR) is a plus, but not required.
Students, recent graduates, and early-career candidates are welcome.
Hands-on experience with AI venture building and MVP development.
Exposure to US grant programs and innovation funding.
Experience developing funding strategies for early-stage technology ventures.
Direct exposure to startup ideation, commercialization, and venture creation.
