We’re hiring a full-time GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to support our clients by building, managing, and optimizing their GoHighLevel systems. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in setting up automations, funnels, CRM workflows, and client communication systems inside GHL.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, and CRM systems
  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, triggers, and campaigns
  • Create landing pages, funnels, forms, calendars, and email/SMS sequences
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues inside GHL
  • Support lead management, nurture campaigns, and client follow-up processes
  • Ensure data is organized, accurate, and up to date within the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement process improvements
  • Document workflows and provide recommendations for optimization

Required Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel in a professional setting
  • Strong understanding of CRM management, sales pipelines, and automation workflows
  • Experience building funnels, forms, landing pages, and campaign sequences in GHL
  • Familiarity with email marketing, SMS campaigns, and appointment booking systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
  • Experience working remotely with international clients is a plus

Work Environment:

Location: Remote (Philippines only).
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hrs per week 
Equipment: Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.

 

Salary: $1200 per month
