Role : Manager – Service Development
Location : Remote (5 Days Working )
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic professional to drive commercial strategy, proposition
development, pricing, and go-to-market execution.
This role will focus on optimizing content packaging, pricing, partnerships, and platform
distribution, while ensuring strong cross-functional execution across product, marketing, and
commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Proposition Development
• Lead design and optimization of content propositions, subscription service bundles, and
platform offerings
• Develop and refine pricing strategies across platforms, partners, and customer segments
• Analyze content performance, consumption patterns, and audience segmentation to shape
propositions
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams, packaging innovations, and bundling
strategies
• Support development of partner-specific offerings (telcos, OTT platforms, distributors)
Go-To-Market (GTM) & Launch Execution
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, bundles, and partnerships
• Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns, positioning, and messaging
• Align with sales and distribution teams to ensure effective rollout across channels
• Track launch performance and optimize GTM strategies based on market feedback.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor product and platform performance across key KPIs (viewership, revenue,
engagement)
• Analyze customer behaviour, revenue drivers, and unit economics to generate insights
• Prepare monthly performance reviews and executive dashboards
• Support data-driven decision-making and portfolio optimization
Operational Excellence & Stakeholder management
• Improve cross-functional workflows, governance, and communication cadence
• Maintain tracking of projects, priorities, and key business initiatives
• Drive meetings, action tracking, and follow-ups with stakeholders
• Support implementation of best practices and scalable processes
• Support communication with internal leadership and external partners where required
Qualifications & Skills:
• 7–8 years of experience in Pricing, Service development, Operations, business
planning, consulting, or PMO roles
• Experience in Media, OTT, Telecom, or Digital Platforms essential
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
• High ownership, structured thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university
