Your Responsibilities
- Build strong client relationships by delivering friendly, professional service
- Assist customers with vacation planning, cruise bookings, resort stays, and other leisure travel arrangements
- Research destinations, travel products, accommodations, and transportation options using approved resources
- Guide clients through available choices based on their preferences, interests, and travel objectives
- Review reservations and travel details to help maintain accuracy throughout the booking process
- Respond promptly to questions, requests, and service inquiries through email, phone, and digital communication platforms
- Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and follow-up support as needed
- Maintain organized customer records and booking documentation
- Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
