This role is essential in maintaining a dynamic, scalable content ecosystem that supports both short-term campaigns and long-term brand growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with marketing goals and customer journey stages.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and advertising platforms.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of content campaigns, including planning, production, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Optimize content for SEO, readability, and conversion, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product, and analytics) to ensure content supports broader marketing and business initiatives.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp) to manage and personalize content delivery across channels.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, CRM data) to refine strategy and improve engagement.
- Maintain and update content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all touchpoints.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in online marketing, social media marketing, and advertising.
- Support the development and execution of A/B testing for content elements to maximize conversion rates and user engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in content management, content writing, or digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency in content writing, copywriting, and editing with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Demonstrated experience in managing content across multiple digital platforms, including social media, email, and websites.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and campaign management systems.
- Solid understanding of the customer lifecycle and how content influences each stage (awareness, consideration, decision, retention).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies, including paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Experience with campaign planning, tracking, and optimization based on KPIs and performance metrics.
