This isn't a social media scheduling job. You'll be embedded in the company — on calls, in conversations, inside the business — turning what's actually happening at RAY into content the world sees. Your work will build the personal brands of our founders and team, and shape how RAY shows up publicly as an employer and as a company.

What you'll own:
Ghostwriting for our team — write LinkedIn content for our founders and team members. Learn their voices. Own them. One to two posts per person per week — drafted, refined, and ready to publish.
RAY's social channels — run RAY's LinkedIn and supporting socials. Build a consistent posting rhythm. Re-purpose team interviews, wins, and insights into employer brand content that makes people want to work here.
Team Content Programme — help the broader RAY team build their own presence. Run a simple incentive programme that rewards posting. Provide ideas, formatting help, and light editing to team members who want to show up on LinkedIn.
What you'll actually do week to week:
Join internal calls and interviews to mine content.
Draft LinkedIn posts for founders, team members, and RAY's page.
Interview RAY team members across multiple countries for employer brand stories.
Manage a simple content calendar.
Coordinate the team posting incentive programme.
Re-purpose longer content (interviews, calls) into short-form posts.
Track what performs and feed that back into the content engine
Take ownership of RAY's LinkedIn strategy.
You're right for this is:
You read a LinkedIn post and immediately know why it worked — or why it didn't.
You write well and quickly, and can match someone else's voice, not just your own.
You spot a story in a meeting without being told to look for one.
You know LinkedIn as a platform — the algorithm, the formatting, what actually gets traction
You can hold a content calendar without being chased
You're entry-level but hungry — this is a growth role and we'll invest in the right person
You write — actually write. AI is a tool in your kit, not a replacement for your voice. We want you in the work.
Nice -to-have (not required):
Basic graphic design (Canva is fine).
Short-form video editing, or comfort working with a video editor.
Experience in recruiting, talent, or HR-adjacent content.
