Location: Remote opportunity for candidates residing in Massachusetts or Connecticut
Schedule: Monday–Friday, part-time
Available Shifts: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Under the direction of the Access Services Supervisor and Manager, the Access Services Representative is responsible for ensuring appropriate, timely access to care for patients throughout the Northern, Eastern, and Metro regions within Baystate Health System.
The Access Services Representative partners with Baystate Medical Practices (BMP), physicians, other care providers, and clinical teams to support integrated, patient-centered care and timely provider access. This position provides a high level of service to patients and referring physicians while helping create positive experiences and strong relationships across the organization.
The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, accurate, comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and able to effectively balance patient and provider needs.
This is a part-time, Monday–Friday remote opportunity for individuals who reside in Massachusetts or Connecticut.

As a Contact Center Representative, you will play an important role in helping patients and providers navigate access to care. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.
