Schedule:

- Flexible scheduling between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally engage with delinquent account holders by phone
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
