Nutrition & Fitness Coaching Pilot, with Be Great
Arux Group is partnering with Be Great to offer personalized, one-on-one nutrition and fitness coaching with Will Sheldon. This came directly out of employee feedback, and we're launching it as a pilot to see how it works before deciding whether to expand it.
We have 5 seats available, fully covered by the company. Each seat runs for a 90-day term. Employees who stay active in the program can continue into the next 90 days; if a seat opens up, it goes to another Arux Group employee. We'll run the pilot for a minimum of 6 months to evaluate how it's going and how the team responds.
Because seats are limited, selection will be based on merit. Instead of a resume, we're asking applicants for a short letter of intent along with a few questions below, we want to understand your goals and whether you can realistically commit to the program, not just your work history.
Timeline:
Applications open: Sunday evening through Wednesday, August 26 at 5pm
Candidates reviewed, selected, and notified: by Friday, August 28
Intake form with Be Great due: September 4
1-on-1s with Will: September 8-10
Program kickoff: September 14
If you're selected, you'll complete an intake form directly with Be Great and meet with Will for an initial 1-on-1 before the program officially kicks off on September 14.
