Azure Integration Manager

NOTE: This position is based in Poland and can be performed remotely from anywhere in the country. You will be employed through our Employer of Record (EOR) partner in Poland, which means you receive a local Polish employment contract with full local rights and benefits, while working as part of Marshall's global team.

What you’ll do:

As Integration Senior Manager, you will define how systems, data, and digital capabilities come together across Marshall Group. You will own the integration strategy and platform, while building and scaling a dedicated integration function that supports our ERP, eCommerce, PIM, and wider application landscape. This role sits at the centre of our digital ecosystem and plays a key part in enabling stable operations, efficient end-to-end processes, and future growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the Group-wide integration strategy and roadmap

• Own and evolve the Azure integration platform with a focus on scalability, stability, and security

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing integration team, including nearshore capabilities

• Ensure reliable data flows and strong ownership across key business systems

• Establish best practices for integration architecture, monitoring, governance, and compliance

Who we’re looking for:

You are a technically grounded leader who enjoys shaping direction while staying close to real systems and teams. You are comfortable working across business and IT, able to translate complex needs into clear and pragmatic integration solutions. You bring structure without overengineering and know how to balance long-term architectural thinking with day-to-day delivery.

You probably have the following experiences & skills:

Must-have:

• Several years of hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and API Management

• Experience leading an integration team or integration platform

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data flows across enterprise systems

Nice-to-have:

• Experience building and managing distributed or nearshore teams

• Experience with data platforms, BI, or AI initiatives

• Familiarity with ERP, eCommerce, or PIM environments
