Your Role
As an Eviction Associate Attorney, you will:
Represent financial institutions in evictions and all related court proceedings
Manage case workflow and ensure compliance with client requirements, laws, and court rules
Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence
Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually
Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff
Deliver responsive, client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice
What You Bring
Licensed to practice law in New York
3+ years of evictions experience preferred (all qualified applicants considered)
Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
Bonus qualifications: Multi-state licensure, bankruptcy or collections experience, federal licensure
