Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Full-Time Hybrid

Job Description: Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a fast-growing, multi-state law firm that delivers high quality legal services in civil litigation, private, real estate and business law and we are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate to join their growing Texas litigation team in Dallas. The ideal candidate is someone who is ready to take meaningful ownership of cases, work directly with clients, independently manage significant portions of matters, and continue developing as a well-rounded litigator while collaborating with senior attorneys on strategy, complex matters, and professional development. The attorney may work on matters involving: Real estate litigation, Construction and construction-defect disputes, Business and commercial litigation, Contract disputes, Partnership and ownership conflicts, Employment-related litigation, Defamation matters, Landlord-tenant and property disputes, pre-litigation demands and negotiations & General civil litigation Experience in every practice area is not required-strong civil litigation experience, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn new subject matter are key.
