Hiring: AS400 / SYNON / RxClaim Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced AS400/SYNON/RxClaim Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to healthcare pharmacy claims and RxClaim development projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SYNON and AS400 development, along with solid knowledge of healthcare pharmacy claims adjudication, claims pricing, and Medicare/Medicaid claims.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to RxClaim development and enhancement projects
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain applications using SYNON and AS400
- Work with COBOL/400 and related IBM i technologies
- Support pharmacy claims adjudication and pricing processes
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical resolutions
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to development team members

✅ AS400 / IBM i
✅ Experience with Medicare & Medicaid claims
✅ Strong understanding of claims processing and adjudication workflows
✅ Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model
