About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Model Builder to join our team and lead the design, build, and optimization of Anaplan models for enterprise-level planning solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with both internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and high-performing Anaplan models

  • Lead and support end-to-end Anaplan implementation projects

  • Translate business requirements into effective Anaplan solutions

  • Optimize existing models to improve performance, usability, and scalability

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients

  • Provide best practices, documentation, and model governance

  • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

  • Communicate clearly with clients and global teams in English

Required Qualifications

  • Certified Anaplan Model Builder (mandatory)

  • 5+ years of experience working with Anaplan

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Anaplan Model Builder

  • Participation in at least 2 end-to-end Anaplan implementation projects

  • Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, best practices, and performance optimization

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong professionalism, team spirit, and communication skills

Language Requirements

  • Fully bilingual English (mandatory) – must be fluent to communicate with international teams and clients

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in remote, multicultural environments

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site meetings or workshops
