The version of marketing you practice is closer to product development than traditional brand or channel-focused work - small bets, fast feedback, and compounding returns when something clicks. Your opinions come from running real experiments and being willing to kill what doesn't work. You're equally comfortable in an analytics dashboard, an ad account, and a video editor. AI lets you operate at a scale that would otherwise take a much larger team: generating creative at volume, automating analysis, building workflows that run without you.
Right now we're interested in people who are excellent in at least one of the following, and are capable across others.
Paid & performance. You've personally managed meaningful ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You understand attribution, CAC, LTV, and payback periods in the context of a PLG product. You've owned conversion rate optimization alongside paid because you know the funnel doesn't end at the click.
Growth & CRO. You've worked in product-led environments where activation and retention matter as much as acquisition. You instrument funnels, form clear hypotheses, and run structured tests on onboarding flows, pricing pages, CTAs, and signup forms. You can look at a conversion funnel and immediately articulate where the problem is and what to test first.
AI video & creative production. You've built a content pipeline that runs largely without a production team: brief to script to voiceover to published video. You're fluent in tools like Remotion, ElevenLabs, and all latest video models. You think about creative as a structured, testable variable and produce at volume without sacrificing quality.
Your works speaks louder than your resume. We want to see how you think, what you've made, and how you work with AI. Our application asks for three things:
1. A Loom video(2-3 minutes)
Tell us who you are, what you're working on or have recently built, and how AI is a core part of how you work. Don't script it. We want to see how you think out loud.
2. Something you've built or shipped
A link, a demo, a repo, a campaign, a dashboard, a process. Anything that shows what you're capable of making. One strong example beats ten weak ones.
3. A few short questions
We are a Vancouver-based company and candidates need to be based in Canada. Remote is fine - you can expect travel to Vancouver once per quarter (minimum) to work in-office with the team.
