This includes developing territory action plans, managing existing accounts, and resolving customer complaints to maximize satisfaction.

The Territory Manager is responsible for expanding the account base and growing sales for Stanton soft surface flooring brands in the Inland Empire and Palm Springs areas. This includes developing territory action plans, managing customer relationships, and reporting market trends to the Regional Sales Manager.

The Territory Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow retail dealer accounts across Nebraska and Iowa. They are responsible for building strong customer relationships, conducting product training, and managing territory performance through CRM and data-driven insights.
