Spektrix

Responsible for accurate and timely global payroll administration for approximately 250 employees across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Portugal. This includes managing deductions, tax compliance, retirement plans, and serving as the primary contact for payroll inquiries.

The specialist will represent Spektrix to potential clients in the DACH region, managing the entire customer journey from initial contact through system demos, implementation, and ongoing support. Key duties include conducting technical system demonstrations, managing onboarding projects, serving as the central point of contact for DACH client support, and acting as a regional ambassador.

The specialist will act at the intersection of sales, implementation, and long-term customer success, representing Spektrix to potential clients, partners, and interested parties in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
