The Licensing Agent is responsible for driving revenue through the acquisition and renewal of public performance and reproduction rights licenses. This role involves negotiating agreements, managing licensing pipelines, and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

The Senior Information Security Officer will build and operate a pragmatic security program focusing on governance, risk management, and security operations across hybrid Azure and on-prem infrastructure. Key duties involve developing security policies, leading risk assessments, designing monitoring/response processes, and conducting threat hunting and incident handling.

The role involves managing all aspects of financial accounting, including preparing financial statements, quarterly board reporting, audit preparation, and handling transfer pricing and intercompany transactions. This position will also lead budget and forecast preparation, recommend efficiencies, and assist in financial statement review when needed.
