Seabury Resources for Aging

The Hub Convener will lead a 15-organization coalition to advance aging services in Wards 5 and 6 by fostering collaboration and accountability. They are responsible for managing grant deliverables, facilitating meetings, and establishing sustainable infrastructure for service integration.
