The Senior Field Service Engineer leads complex on-site installations, diagnostics, and repairs of precision instruments while serving as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams. This role also involves collaborating cross-functionally with R&D to share field feedback and delivering high-impact training to customers and junior engineers.

Responsibilities include being an enthusiastic promoter of RheoSense products and services, managing customers in assigned territories to meet their needs, and making sales presentations with product demonstrations as required. The role also involves accurately forecasting, tracking, and reporting revenue streams while diligently maintaining the CRM system.
