As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to franchisees for technology and digital growth initiatives. You will drive adoption, optimization, and expansion of digital platforms while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth across EMEA markets.

Lead and facilitate restaurant operations training and workshops while analyzing performance data to identify operational gaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement learning programs and drive business results across the LAC region.

The Manager, Franchise Performance acts as a business consultant and coach to restaurant owners and managers to improve financial and operational results. They are responsible for analyzing performance data, ensuring brand standards are met, and supporting the implementation of new business initiatives.

The Customer Success Manager will drive projects to grow the digital business in key markets and lead all customer routines, serving as the primary post-sale contact to develop strong customer advocates. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to prioritize digital initiatives and assuming a consultative role for technical issues and new feature introductions.
