Lead the development of inverse modeling frameworks and data assimilation methods to improve aerosol microphysical models using observational datasets. Design and run Observing System Simulation Experiments (OSSEs) to define instrument requirements and sampling strategies for outdoor field experiments.

The Controller will own the organization's financial backbone, managing all financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. They will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting for the Board and funders, and overseeing external audits.
