The primary tasks involve conducting outbound calls to qualified leads and successfully scheduling setting calls. This role focuses on the telephone-based qualification and arrangement of appointments for sales purposes.

The core responsibilities involve building, leading, and scaling the sales team (Setters & Closers) and taking full ownership of the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals. This includes developing scalable sales processes and playbooks, as well as recruiting, onboarding, and coaching new sales personnel.
