QuillBot

This director will define and own the overarching organic growth strategy spanning SEO, ASO, GEO, and Extension Store optimization, setting OKRs tied to traffic, installs, and sales. They will also manage, mentor, and develop the existing SEO & Organic Growth team while building and maintaining a prioritized roadmap.

The role involves leading end-to-end design strategy for high-impact growth initiatives, driving the process from opportunity identification to solution delivery in partnership with cross-functional teams. This includes setting the vision for growth principles, orchestrating cross-functional experimentation, and ensuring cross-product cohesion across the tool suite.

Lead the design of new experiences and products that impact how QuillBot users communicate effectively. Guide projects from ideation through execution, ensuring every detail is considered and every interaction is refined for a cohesive, intuitive experience.
