The Principal Engineer will lead the engineering of a fully proprietary, Agentic AI-powered insurance core to achieve Total Technology Sovereignty, driving a multi-phase roadmap to replace third-party SaaS systems using GCP AI tools. This involves building engines for AI Product & Pricing, Agentic Sales & Proposal Stack, and the Financial Core (Policy, Accounting, Compliance).
