Conduct market rent research for seniors housing properties across the U.S. through phone outreach and online databases. Collect, verify, and maintain clean datasets of comparable property information in internal tools and Excel.

The intern will conduct market research and compile data from primary and secondary sources to support senior appraisers. They will also maintain property databases and assist with the valuation of senior living communities.
