The AIVA Prime Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain the core provisioning engine responsible for deploying client AIVA instances. This role involves managing AWS infrastructure, implementing secure data pipelines, and integrating AI models into the ecosystem.

The developer will be responsible for building and launching client websites primarily using GoHighLevel (GHL), customizing funnels and landing pages to meet client requirements while ensuring responsiveness and speed. Key tasks include following internal SOPs, meeting tight delivery timelines (target 3 days per site), and performing quality assurance checks before submission.

The Administrative Assistant supports compliance and due diligence processes by coordinating Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, managing referencing information, and assisting with investor deal verification tasks. Key duties involve ensuring compliance requirements are met, tracking documentation, and responding to related inquiries from the community and customers.

The Digital Operations Assistant will support marketing and investor engagement by preparing, managing, and executing webinar systems and marketing operations, focusing on setup, execution, and technical readiness for events. Key duties include coordinating webinar logistics, configuring platforms, creating promotional materials, and implementing email follow-up automation sequences.

The primary focus is identifying, recruiting, and onboarding professional affiliates, and building strong relationships with them to maximize referral outcomes. The role also involves monitoring affiliate activity and reporting progress to management.

The Product Owner will lead the strategic prioritization of work across founder cohorts, acting as the bridge between executive leadership and operational execution to ensure alignment with quarterly goals and strategic vision. Key duties include owning and maintaining the strategic backlog, leading refinement and sprint planning sessions, and monitoring cohort performance metrics.
