The Senior Genesys Specialist will be responsible for configuring and managing Genesys Cloud CX solutions and integrating them with Salesforce. They will also handle telephony systems, CTI connectors, and ensure effective data synchronization and reporting.

Design, develop, and maintain eCommerce solutions using Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Collaborate within agile teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Design, implement, and configure SAP Controlling modules with a focus on product costing and profitability analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration, data accuracy, and support migration to SAP S/4 HANA.
