The Sr. Country Manager will lead NinjaTrader's growth in Spain by building brand awareness, establishing local partnerships, and driving new trader acquisition. They will act as the primary local representative, bridging the gap between global capabilities and the specific needs of the Spanish market.

Identify and manage strategic international vendors and partners to drive global customer acquisition and revenue growth. Develop region-specific account plans and collaborate with internal teams to execute global go-to-market strategies.
