Area Scouts identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes and conduct interviews with athletes and families. They also enroll qualified athletes into NSR programs and build relationships with schools, clubs, and local sports organizations.

The Softball Scout will identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes at various events, conduct interviews to assess readiness, and enroll qualified athletes into NSR recruiting programs. They will also build relationships with coaches and organizations while maintaining accurate records and representing NSR professionally.
