Patent Attorney (f/m/d) in the field of Biotechnology
The Patent Attorney will be responsible for independently drafting and handling patent applications and responding to examination reports from patent offices within an international team. They will also represent client interests in opposition and appeal proceedings, including oral hearings, and participate in expert opinions and complex infringement/nullity proceedings.
